WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
At Never Stop Packing Travel, I am committed to delivering exceptional, personalized travel planning services. To ensure you receive the best care, attention, and value for your vacation, my service fees are structured as follows:
Cruise Bookings - No Service Fee
I'm thrilled to offer cruise planning services at no additional charge. Whether you're booking an ocean cruise, river cruise, transatlantic voyage, or a world cruise, you’ll never pay a service fee when you book your cruise through me.
All-Inclusive Resorts, Theme Parks & European Vacations – Planning Fee Applies
For customized bookings such as all-inclusive resorts, theme park vacations, and European getaways, a Travel Planning Fee will apply. This fee reflects the time, research, and care that goes into crafting your tailored travel experience.
How It Works: The Planning Process
Step 1: Schedule a Vacation Planning Session (Call)
We’ll begin with a complimentary Vacation Planning Session to learn more about your trip goals, preferences, and expectations. During this call:

I’ll offer initial recommendations based on your travel style;

I’ll suggest the best Travel Planning Package for your needs;

I’ll review the applicable service fees based on the package selected.
This step helps determine if we’re a great fit to work together.
Step 2: Sign Client Engagement Letter
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send a Client Engagement Letter (CEL) outlining the services included in your selected planning package, along with fee details and payment options. Once signed and returned, I’ll send an invoice to begin the next step.
Step 3: Research & Planning Begins
After receiving your signed CEL and payment, I begin personalized research with suppliers to build a vacation proposal that fits your vision. This may take up to 7 days, depending on the complexity of your request.
Step 4: Review, Approve & Book Your Trip
You’ll receive a detailed proposal to review and approve. Once confirmed, I’ll invoice you for any necessary deposits and begin booking all aspects of your trip—flights, hotels, excursions, transfers, and more.
Step 5: Confirmations Sent
Once your bookings are finalized, Ie’ll provide a complete travel itinerary, including confirmation numbers and important information you may need during your trip.
What’s Included in Your Travel Planning Package
To begin crafting your personalized travel proposal, you’ll select a Travel Planning Package and submit payment for the applicable fee. Please note that all planning fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied to future travel packages, even if you choose not to proceed with booking.
When you engage me as your travel planner, your package includes:

Personalized Research
I conduct detailed research to match you with the best hotels, flights, cruises, tours, and more—tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Complete Booking Management
I handle all bookings and confirmations, including flights, hotels, excursions, and transportation. You’ll receive a digital itinerary; printed copies are available for a $25 fee. I also assist with any pre-trip or mid-trip itinerary changes (supplier fees may apply).

Exclusive Access to Special Offers
Through my trusted supplier relationships, you may receive exclusive perks, travel agent-only rates, upgrades, or amenities—when available.

Destination Entry Requirements
I provide resources to help you navigate visa requirements, health rules, and other entry protocols for your destination that are applicable.

Liaison Support with Travel Suppliers
If issues arise with a service provider during your trip, I’ll step in to advocate for you and help resolve the matter.

Emergency Support (with Travel Insurance)
If you purchase travel insurance through me, I serve as a point of contact between you and the insurance provider for claims, emergencies, or assistance—like lost luggage.

Lost Document Assistance
If you misplace important travel documents, I can provide digital backups (if previously shared with me) or issue printed copies upon request.
Convenience Fee (Credit Card Processing)
To maintain the quality and value of our personalized travel services, a convenience fee is applied to all invoices paid by credit card. This fee covers standard credit card processing charges and includes:

3.5% of the total invoice amount, plus

$0.30 per transaction
Clients are responsible for covering this fee, which will be included in your invoice total. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about this charge.
What Qualifies as an Itinerary Revision
Itinerary revisions refer to any changes made to the original travel proposal or confirmed plan, including but not limited to:

Destination changes

Activity or excursion adjustments

Hotel/lodging modifications

Travel date changes

Transportation updates
-
Dining reservations or dining preference changes

Budget modifications
-
Duration extensions or reductions
-
Special request additions

Health and safety updates

New or removed local experiences

Backup plans for unforeseen circumstances

Additional destination or cultural info not originally included
Individual Component Revision & Cancellation Fees
Fees apply to changes or cancellations for each individual trip component as follows:

Coordinating/Purchasing Travel Insurance | $25 per policy |
Reservation Changes | $25 per transaction |
Ancillary Services (Reservations at restaurants, concerts, theater tickets, etc.) | $25 per reservation |
Hotel / Airport Transfers | $25 per roundtrip |
Ground Transportation | $25 per ride |
Theme Parks | $25 per park |
Land Excursions / Tours | $25 for up to 2 excursions/tours reservations |
Rail / Car Rental | $25 per reservation |
Hotel / Resort | $25 per reservation |
Airfare (Domestic or International) | $25 for each reservation (no matter the number of people in the reservation) |
Note: These are agency service fees and do not include any additional fees that may be charged by third-party suppliers.

Payments to suppliers (e.g. hotels, cruises, airlines) must be made via direct invoice and cannot be submitted through third-party platforms.
